الغرض من المنافسة ·The primary purpose of this document is to solicit proposals to establish the basis for an umbrella call-off agreement between SERA and a qualified Consultant to provide guidance and support in carrying out Root Cause Analysis and Technical Studies within the remit of the SERA Technical Affairs Department. The agreement will be under a Retainer Consulting Services Contract. The Retainer Contract is estimated to take up to [3 years period]. The following Section describes SERA’s scope of work for the required Consulting Services.
